Institute of Social Rehabilitation was established in 1992.
Institute of Social Rehabilitation is the only specialized educational institution in the region offering programs to people with disabilities (including hearing impairments)
70 faculty members work at the Institute as well as psychologists, deaf specialists and social workers.
The institute works in close cooperation with partners from Canada, Germany, Great Britain, France, and the USA.
