E-learning software is developed by the Institute of Distance Learning. The University library, NSTU Publishing House, the Institute of Distance Learning and Information Systems Center are responsible for the development of the Electronic Library System.

University e-courses are certified by the NSTU and the Federal Scientific Technical Center Informregistr (Moscow)
