On August 27, Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of technological entrepreneurship with two universities at once — Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University and Novosibirsk State Medical University. The documents were signed as part of the XII International Forum of Technological Development "Technoprom-2025". The initiator of these agreements was the startup center of NSTU-NETI REACTOR.
The subject of the agreements was cooperation in several areas — the creation of favorable conditions for the sustainable development of student technological entrepreneurship and the innovation ecosystem of universities, support for youth technological entrepreneurship and the development of youth innovation projects. In addition, the cooperation will provide assistance to the parties in the development and implementation of activities aimed at popularizing and developing innovative projects.
After signing the agreement with NSMU, Anatoly Bataev, Rector of NSTU-NETI, noted that the university is ready to offer effective engineering solutions for modern medicine. In turn, Ilya Glushchenko, the acting rector of NGMU, emphasized that the medical university is interested in such a partnership.
Sergey Nelyubov, an Acting Rector of NGPU, noted that NSTU-NETI is the locomotive of the movement related to social and student entrepreneurship, which will help in the development of priority areas of work related to the training of highly qualified personnel for the economy of our country.
A cooperation agreement was also signed between NSTU-NETI and the City Entrepreneurship Development Center on August 28. The subject of the agreement is the organization of cooperation in order to ensure employment of the population of Novosibirsk by involving them in entrepreneurial activities, popularization of entrepreneurship ideas among young people.
According to Dmitry Kuleshov, director of the NSTU-NETI startup center, NSTU-NETI strengthens the status of a key platform for technological entrepreneurship in Novosibirsk. "Thanks to the development of the startup center, the university is becoming the central element of the urban innovation ecosystem, uniting the efforts of universities and stimulating the implementation of technological initiatives," Dmitry Kuleshov said.
