The Novosibirsk State Technical University (NETI) has created an automated accounting system that allows you to quickly and easily deal with the main types of operations.
Ekaterina Salikhova, a graduate of the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering of NSTU-NETI, has developed an online accounting system for individual entrepreneurs. According to the author of the project, the emphasis was placed on simplicity, efficiency and speed.
"Existing accounting systems for small businesses are often difficult to master and redundant in functionality, so it was decided to implement only those operations that are really important for individual entrepreneurs — to quickly generate reports, issue an invoice, create an act, keep records of counterparties and services," said Ekaterina Salikhova.
The list of key functional requirements for online accounting written in JavaScript with a MySQL database management system includes reporting, generation of documents in PDF with the ability to save, send and print, electronic document management with the creation of new accounts and acts, and directory management.
Unlike existing analogues, the intuitive interface makes it easy to understand the operations and reduce the need to refer to instructions and technical support. In the future, the online accounting department created at NSTU-NETI will be tested in market conditions.
Earlier, NSTU-NETI launched a project for tourism lovers. The AVTF team presented a website with a map of walking routes in Novosibirsk, where there are eight routes integrated with 2GIS of different levels of complexity and saturation with attractions.
