The web integrator Paraveb has published the third annual ranking of Russian university websites. The rating experts — representatives of higher education institutions, marketers and heads of development agencies — evaluated the Internet resources of 300 universities.
As stated in the description of the rating methodology, the assessment was carried out in three key areas: design and convenience, quality of information and compliance with the university development program (for universities participating in the Priority 2030 program). The final result consists of the sum of the points awarded by all the experts and divided by the number of experts.
The first ranking of Russian university websites was published in 2024 and covered 200 universities. Since 2025, 300 educational institutions have already been analyzed.
Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) consistently ranks in the top of the study: in 2026, the university took 15th place in terms of the overall rating, and 8th place in the Priority 2030 section.
In total, there are five universities in the Novosibirsk region in the annual ranking of Russian university websites. NSTU-NETI is the undisputed leader among Novosibirsk participating universities.
