The XVIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Urgent Issues of Modern Society: global challenges of the competitive world" will be held on April 26-27. High school students, undergraduates, postgraduates, and other young scientists without an academic degree are invited to participate. Application deadline is April 10, 2022.
The organizers are NSTU NETI's Foreign Languages Department, Faculty of Humanities Education; School of Russian Studies of Xi'an International Studies University; Minsk State Linguistic University; Central Kazakhstan Academy; National University of Uzbekistan, department of German philology, Foreign Philology Faculty.
The aim of the international conference is to stimulate students' research and NSTU's departments’ cooperation in terms of graduates vocational training in foreign languages. Proceedings of the conference materials are indexed in RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index). An article preparation develop skills of scholarly writing and speaking skills in foreign languages in accordance with international standards. Additionally, participation in the conference is beneficial to the development of international cooperation in humanities and encouragement of young scientists' publications.

The working languages of the conference: English, German, Russian as a foreign language and French. Participants will also take part in contests of research articles, video presentations and poster reports within each conference section.
