The Russian Science Foundation has summed up the results of the competition for grants for small individual scientific groups. According to the results of the examination, 1,392 projects were selected by the expert council of the Foundation within the framework of this competition.
There are five projects by scientists of NSTU - NETI which are included in the list of supported projects based on the results of the 2023 competition for grants from the Russian Science Foundation in the priority area of activity of the Russian Science Foundation "Conducting basic scientific research and exploratory scientific research by small individual scientific groups".
They are
- the project "Algebraic, geometric, ordered theories and models and their classification" (the head is Sergey V. Sudoplatov, D.Sc. in Physical and Mathematical Sciences);
- the project "Development of digital holographic interferometry methods" (the head is Vladimir Ivanovich Guzhov, D.Sc. in Engineering);
- the project "Complex urban conflicts: connectivity and sustainability", (the head is Irina Anatolyevna Skalaban, D.Sc. in Sociological Sciences;
- the project "Representation of the space of Ukraine in Russian culture of the late XVIII – XIX centuries (based on the material of domestic travelogues): discourses, narratives, toposes", (the head Sergey Sergeevich Zhdanov, D.Sc. in Philology);
- the project "Single-stage synthesis of catalysts for processing natural gas with a high content of hydrogen sulfide", (the head is Pavel Borisovich Kurmashov, Phd in Technical Sciences).
Reference: The main objectives of the competition "Conducting fundamental scientific research and exploratory scientific research by small individual scientific groups" are the development of new topics for research teams and the formation of research teams. The total number of members of the research team (together with the project manager) should be from 2 to 4 people. Grants are allocated for the implementation of fundamental and exploratory scientific research in 2024-2025 in all branches of knowledge specified in the tender documentation. The amount of one grant from the Russian National Fund is up to 1.5 million rubles annually.
