Novosibirsk State Technical University NETI has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Lampung University (Indonesia). The agreement provides for joint work in the training of professionals.
According to Vadim Nekrasov, Vice-Rector for International Relations of NSTU NETI, the memorandum will not only find new foreign students and reach a new level of international relations but also tell about the culture of Russia.
"We realized that they know quite little about Russia. We want to make several country studies lectures and presentations online to let both students and staff of the Indonesian University know something about Russia and Novosibirsk. During the negotiations, we will further elaborate on the topics and cooperation programs. We would like to have joint educational programs that would allow our students to study in Indonesia, and their students in Novosibirsk," Vadim Nekrasov said.
