475.9 thousand bachelor' s, specialist' s and master' s degree students study in 118 Siberian universities. The FederalPress rating is based on the total number of students, the proportion of full-time students, and the ratio of government -subsidized students to those on a contractual basis.
In total, 46 branches of state educational centers, 4 national research universities, and 1 federal university operate on the territory of the Siberian Federal District, and it is also the leader of the rating — Krasnoyarsk Siberian Federal University. There are 25,208 students studying here, including 21,061 full—time, and the ratio of government -subsidized students/students on a contractual basis is 72.8/27.2%.
