Tuition fee information for all majors
Upon arrival to Russia all international students must perform registration with the Federal Migration Service, if the duration of stay in Russia exceeds 7 calendar days. Please, submit the below-listed documents within 2 working days to the Center for International Education
For students who have a visa:
- Passport and its copy with all the pages with records
- Passport first page copy
- Migration card and its copy
- Copy of the single-entry visa
- Two 3х4 cm. photos
For students from countries with visa-free arrangements (Azerbaijan, Abkhazia, Southern Ossetia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Armenia and Uzbekistan):
- Passport or other document used for entering the Russian Federation (original and its copy with the all the pages with records)
- Migration card (original and copy with border crossing stamp)
To extend the period of stay in Novosibirsk, please, submit the below-listed documents to the Center for International Education:
- Passport copy with all the pages with records
- Migration card (original and copy)
- Original of the detachable section of the arrival notification form (issued upon migration registration).
Registration-related costs (570 roubles) are paid annually to the NSTU pay-office by the receipt issued by the Center for International Education.

NSTU does not perform registration of students who live in private apartments, own, rent or stay by friends or relatives! In this case it is the responsibility of your apartment owner to secure your registration in this apartment each time it is required (check-in and each re-entry to Russia).
ATTENTION OF the 1st-YEAR STUDENTS!
In accordance with the Russian legislation the initial registration is performed for 90 days. To prolong its validity, please, submit the below-listed documents no later than 1 month before your registration expires, to the Center for International Education:
- Passport copy with all the pages with records
- Migration card (original and copy)
- Original of the detachable section of the arrival notification form
