Nanotechnology and Microsystem engineering / Nanotechnology
Provides training on the basis of fundamental physical and mathematical knowledge and in-depth study of computer technology. Students are engaged in scientific research by attending the Institute of semiconductor physics SB RAS, getting acquainted with the unique equipment for the creation and research of low - dimensional nanostructures and devices based on them, including micro-and nanoelectronics devices.
Specialists in nanomaterials and nanoelectronics elements, design and construction of nanoelectronics objects, specialists in mathematical modeling of nanotechnology processes and nanoelectronics objects by physical and physico-chemical methods of nanomaterials and nanocomponents research, process engineers in nanoelectronics, electron microscopy experts.
