VISAS

Student visa is always issued as a single-entry 90-days visa first. Then it may be extended for the period of study at the University. For visa extension and obtaining a new multiple visa, please, submit the below-listed documents to the Center for International Education no later than 45 days before the expiration date of your current visa:

1. Passport, which should be valid for a minimum period of 18 months from the issue date of your visa and contains at least two blank pages
2. Two passport copies
3. Visa (original and copy)
4. Migration card (original and copy)
5. A 3x4 cm mate photo
6. State fee receipt (original and copy). In 2020, the state duty for the extension of a one-year student visa was 1,600 roubles.
7. Detachable section of the arrival notification form (issued upon migration registration).
8. Copy of the education contract or referral from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
