Application Guide for Master programs in English
1. Choose the major.
When applying for a Master's degree, you can choose up to 4 majors.
2. Submit the documents.
From June 20th, you can submit the documents:
- In person in the 2 building of NSTU NETI (adress: Novosibirsk, K. Marx Ave., 20, building 2);
- Via Applicant's Personal Account on NSTU NETI website.
3. Take entrance tests.
You can take entrance tests:
- offline at the university
- online
To register for online entrance tests and choose the most suitable time for you, follow information in Applicant's Personal Account.
Check the schedule for entrance tests.
4. Arrange the list of programs from your application in the priority order.
Put the most desirable major in the first place (priority 1).
5. Sign a tuition fee contract.
If you pass the entrance tests successfully, sign a tuition fee contract.
6. Get enrolled at NSTU NETI.
In your Personal account, find a mark "enrolled" when the enrollment procedure for your program is completed successfully.
7. Contact NSTU NETI Center for International Education to come for studies in Russia.
In order to get an invitation to enter the Russian Federation and obtain a visa, contact NSTU NETI Center for International Education.

8. Check your e-mail or Applicant's Personal Account to get updated on arrival in Russia and studying at NSTU NETI.

Documents for admission
1. Passport
2. A notarized translation of the passport into Russian, including the translation of the seal;
3. State-issued document on education (school certificate, diploma of secondary vocational or higher education) + transcript;
4. Legalization of foreign documents on education (in case of previous education received abroad);
5. A notarized translation of the document on education into Russian, including the translation of the seal;
6. An application filled out in the Applicant's Personal Account (generated automatically). In case of submitting the documents in person, the application is filled out by the manager of the admissions committee.
