Electric transportation in the modern era includes not just trolleybuses, trams, subways, and railways, but also hybrid and fully electric automobiles, electric buses, and dump trucks. Small electric vehicles, such as gyroscuters and electric scooters, quadrocopters, and so on, are rapidly evolving. The educational program is designed to prepare a specialist capable of modeling, designing, and upgrading power equipment for various types of electric cars, as well as power supply systems and applying modern energy-saving technologies to the needs of electric transportation.
This educational program develops graduates' general technical competency, allowing them to be realized in a broad sector of the labor market. A large portion of the educational program is devoted to the development of competencies in self-driving electric vehicles. The program also considers various methods and means of increasing the energy efficiency of electric transport complexes.
For more than 60 years, our faculty has been creating specialists in this area, which allowed us to develop strong business partnerships with the country's top enterprises. Because of the universal nature of our curriculum, graduates can develop a successful career in a variety of industries and are in high demand in the labor market
