Management / Business Management of Production Systems
Forming competencies for the management of industrial enterprises, divisions, departments, production and business processes based on the modern concept of production systems, technologies and tools of lean production. The profile includes the study of both management disciplines and technological disciplines in the field of aviation and engineering.
Top managers and line managers at the industry and services enterprises; deputy production directors, heads of departments (development and optimization of production, analysis and planning, quality management system, etc.), project offices, own business management based on the positive domestic experience.
