- The device REMI-3 for rocks electromagnetic radiation registering was awarded Gold Medal at the European Salon of Inventions "Lepine's Competition" (4-14 September 2009, Strasbourg, France);
- The system of seismic-electromagnetic monitoring of technogenic earthquakes and rock bursts was awarded Large Gold Medal in the competition organized by ITE Siberian Fair GEO-SIBERIA 2009;
- Automated fire-fighting video monitoring system of forests was awarded Gold Medal at the V International Salon of Inventions and New Technologies "New Time" (24-26 September 2009, Sevastopol, Ukraine) and Silver Medal at the III International Fair of Inventions in the Middle East (7-9 November, 2010, Kuwait City, Kuwait).

- digital broadband data transmission system consisting of radio engineering system of short-range navigation RSBN-M;
- on-board data collection system on the state of pipelines;
- a range of devices for registering electromagnetic radiation of rocks REMI-3 was awarded Gold Medal at the European Salon of Inventions "Lepine's Competition" (4-14 September 2009, Strasbourg, France);
- cryogenic low-noise microwave amplifier for operation in the 3 – 6 GHz frequency range at the temperature of –269 C;
- automated measuring system ASI-2 as a part of the stand for the research of rocks and structural materials destruction patterns;

- the device for digital measuring of small displacements with a resolution of 1 μm;
