Tuition fee information for all majors
Area of study :13.03.01 Heat and power engineering
Major: Thermal and electric energy production
Duration: 4 years
Start: September 1
Admission: open
Language : Russian
Heat power engineering is a major sector of any country economy because it is linked to other branches of the national economy and determines the economy's level as well as people's living conditions.
The activities of our graduates are aimed at improving the efficiency and updating the main objects of thermal power engineering: heat power plants and industrial enterprises in the heat power industry. Students studying in this field have the knowledge, skills, and experience to implement highly efficient technological solutions, increase reliability, and improve the environmental performance of heat power facilities. Students participate in a variety of research and technical conferences, forums, symposiums, and competitions; publish the results of their research in Russian and foreign journals; and receive student research grants, scholarships, and prizes.
Why "Heat and Power Engineering," according to a student? We will tell you about the field of study: Heat and Power Engineering. As a third-year student who is more familiar with student life, I'd like to introduce it to the prospective students. I believe that the faculty is important for all students, so there is good news! Our faculty have a sense of humor, the ability to listen and understand, a passion for their work, and vast knowledge.
Have you ever heard of our university's most heat-emitting and energetic students? No?! Learn about these amazing people and places. Taking notes? Let's get started!
You've probably heard of internships, which are one of the more interesting activities available at universities. While studying at our program, you begin with an orientation internship in the first year (yes, the first year!). You will become familiar with all of the nuances of our future occupation. Our students can begin practicing at a thermal power plant as early as their second year. Consider being able to completely immerse yourself in your future profession. There is a vibrant student life, a plethora of events, and a vast knowledge base. See for yourself by joining the community of people who emit heat!
