Novosibirsk State Technical University NETI participates in the VIII Annual National Exhibition "VUZPROMEXPO-2021", which takes place in Sochi on December 8 - 10. The exhibition is held within the Young Scientists Congress.
NSTU NETI presents some developments created at the university, such as:
- power conditioning unit for a spacecraft direct current power supply systems;
- a generator with functions of a starter;
- high-capacity power storage systems;
- anti microearphone "U.M.";
- variable voltage regulators improving the quality of electrical energy for industrial enterprises;
- two-system modular charging station for electric vehicles;
- bilateral electric power converter functioning as a higher harmonics compensator of the line current;
- production of high-tech large-size equipment for intelligent adaptive friction stir welding in the aerospace and transport industries of the Russian Federation.
At the exhibition, NSTU NETI is represented by Anatoly Bataev, NSTU NETI Rector, Marina Khayrullina, Vice-Rector for innovation and development, Anastasiya Aleksandrova, leading specialist of the Technology Transfer Center, and Ivan Alexandrov, junior researcher at the Center of Technological Excellence. The Annual National Exhibition "VUZPROMEXPO" is a key event of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation held to demonstrate the achievements of Russian science and build effective communications between the scientific and educational community as well as the state and business. Reference: NSTU NETI is the winner of the 2021 grant competition for the creation and development of Technology Transfer Centers that commercialize the results of intellectual activity of research organizations and universities. The exhibition "VUZPROMEXPO-2021" held within the Year of Science and Technology is to demonstrate the latest scientific and technological developments of the leading Russian universities, sum up the results of the "Science and Universities" national project and determine the vectors of the "Priority 2030" program implementation. Following the selection procedure for the "Priority 2030" program of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, NSTU NESTI is in the second group of the "Territorial and (or) industrial leadership" track. "Strategic projects related to power electronics and electricity sector, biomedicine, and the development of new materials will become drivers of institutional changes at the university”. Anatoly Bataev said, "It is important for us to be among the leading universities of the country and to achieve full potential in the areas of technological development relevant to Russia". The strategic goal of NSTU NETI is to achieve leadership and technological superiority in Siberia and Russia in three priority areas: power electronics and smart energy; new materials; engineering solutions and artificial intelligence for biomedicine.
