In spring 2020, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation held the IX international research papers competition among students and postgraduates.
The purpose of the competition was to maintain and stimulate the students' research activity, facilitate their intellectual potential realization, improve the quality of individual professional training, identify talented youth and attract them to science. Two student papers in "Corporate strategies management of business and territories" represented NSTU NETI at the competition:
· Anna Koval competed in specialist/master's program category in "Human resource management" with the work entitled "Transformation of applicants interaction channels: the impact of the generational theory" (Research advisor is A.A. Borisova, Doctor of Economic Sciences), which presents the results of employment channels study and their effectiveness in attracting and selecting of different age groups applicants;
· Sofia Pronevich competed in the bachelor's program category in "Management" with the work entitled "Verifying the modern concepts performance in educational management" (Research advisor is V.A. Vinichenko, PhD (Economics)). Sofia's paper presents ways to implement lean technologies in educational institutions and analyzes the effect of implementing lean management tools in higher education institutions that are members of the Association of lean universities in Russia. In this paper, the method of assessing losses in the educational process is tested.
Both works were awarded II degree diplomas.
