"Project Campaign of NSTU" was organized for the second time in this academic year through a special service "NSTU Project Activity".
Before the beginning of the spring semester, the teachers of NSTU placed 253 project passports in the Bank of projects. The independent choice of students resulted in 126 formed projects teams who started the project implementation. The total number of project participants is more than 700 students.
The structure of the implemented projects in the spring semester was approximately the same as in the previous autumn semester:
about the half of all NSTU projects are research projects; the largest share of research projects in the total number of projects implemented by the faculties belong to FPhE, FB, FMA, FPE, FMET and FREE;
39% of the projects are engineering; faculties with predominantly engineering projects are: FACE, FAMCS and AF;
organizational and socio-cultural projects account for 12%; the largest share of such projects are at ISTR and FH.
All projects are divided into three types according to the students’ involvement into the solving of the project tasks:
interfaculty projects – 30 %
projects for students of one faculty – 43 %
projects for students of one profile – 27 %
The current student project activities are expected to receive wider coverage on the University portal and in social networks. You can learn about the team work on the projects of the past semester on the website "Project Activities of NSTU" in the section "News" (the news contain interviews with project participants, video and photo materials).
