The Department of industry, innovation and entrepreneurship of the Novosibirsk city administration summed up the results of the competition for the awards in science and innovation.
The NSTU NETI winners are:
1. The Best Novice University Researcher category:
· Anastasia Voronkova, a second year master's student of the Department of Thermal Power Stations, Power Engineering Faculty with the work "Analysis of dual fuel combined gas and steam power plants with a parallel operation scheme»
2. The Best Young University Researcher category:
· Gleb Nesterenko, post-graduate student, the Department of Automated Electrical Power Systems, Power Engineering Faculty, with the work "Mathematical simulation of the electric power storage system for calculating power systems transients".
· Roman Gorbunov, PhD (Technical Sciences), Radio Engineering and Electronics Faculty, with the work "Synthesis of adaptive control algorithms for energy systems".
The Department of industry, innovation and entrepreneurship of the Novosibirsk city administration also announced the results of the contest for the grant for a research and innovation subsidy.
The NSTU NETI winner is Arseniy Semenov, a graduate student of the Power Engineering Faculty, with the work "Development and production of energy-efficient and fire-safe electrical equipment based on high-temperature conductors with a current-limiting function".
