Two Master's Degree Program teachers and three students of NSTU NETI received Vladimir Potanin Foundation grants and scholarships

The Master's Degree students of 75 leading universities of Russia were invited to participate in the scholarship program of Vladimir Potanin Foundation. In the 2018/2019, 6 286 students applied for the scholarship, with only 3 324 applications being approved after technical assessment, including checking for plagiarism. 1998 people were chosen for the participation in the second round according to the results of the primary assessment, 500 Master's Degree students were announced winners. The winners of NSTU NETI:
Anna Vokhmina, Humanities Faculty, "Sociology", 1 year Master's Degree;
Sergey Starkov, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Technologies, "Design and Technological Support of Machine-Building Industries" , 1 year of Master's Degree;
Ekaterina Suvorova, Business Faculty, "Technology of Public Catering Production and Organization", 1 year of Master's Degree.
The scholarship winners will receive 20 thousand rubles per month from Vladimir Potanin Foundation starting from February 2019 until the end of their Master's Degree studies.
There were 881Masters's Degree Program teachers’ applications from 72 universities for the grant competition in 2018/19, with 820 ones being approved for peer review after the technical assessment, including checking for plagiarism. Anton Duchkov, Candidate of Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor of Geophysical Systems Department, Faculty of Physical Engineering.
The grants winners among Master's Degree Program teachers will receive up to 500 thousand rubles.
