The independent web integrator Paraveb has published the second ranking of Russian university websites. The study included more than 300 websites, and more than 70 independent experts were involved in the examination: representatives of the creative industries evaluated the design, visual structure and convenience of interfaces; experts from the field of education and science checked how the site meets the needs of target audiences; experts from the Sociocenter analyzed how the university's development program is presented and how relevant this information is.
The website of Novosibirsk State Technical University became one of the leaders of the overall rating, taking 11th place. In total, 300 university websites were analyzed. Among the six Novosibirsk universities participating in the rating,NSTU-NETI is the undisputed leader. Every day, specialists from the University's Informatization Department (CIU) and the Information Policy Department (IPD) work on the content and visual parts of the NSTU-NETI portal, which contains more than 170,000 pages. During the year, more than 12 million users visit the NSTU-NETI website.
The 2025 rating focuses on how the program is presented on the portals of Priority 2030 universities: whether there is a separate section dedicated to the program, how easy it is to find information about Priority 2030. The experts analyzed how clearly and consistently the goals, objectives and stages of the program implementation, as well as the expected results, are outlined. Readability has become an important criterion: the use of subheadings, bulleted lists, and infographics to visualize data. Each site was analyzed by several experts at once, and the final score was displayed as an arithmetic mean.
The website of Novosibirsk State Technical University has entered the top ten places in terms of the representation of information about the Priority 2030 program on the electronic resources of Russian universities.
