Alexandra Antonenko sent her project and successfully solved the REC's case "Promotion of the all-Russian award "Exporter of the Year" in the field of international cooperation and export", posted on the Профстажировки.рф (Professional Internships) website.
Профстажировки 2.0 is a brand-new mechanism of interaction between a student and an employer. Thanks to it, students' works and internships can become a real career lift: the employer publishes cases on the competition website for students to perform either a practice-oriented coursework or thesis. The results are summed up twice a year, and the winners receive invitations for internships or probation work. The organizers are autonomous nonprofit organization Russia is the country of opportunities and The All-Russia People's Front political coalition. The project partners representing employers are large companies and organizations operating in the field of industry, agriculture, transport and communications, services, science, education and health as well as regional and local authorities: Rosset", Magnit, AvtoVAZ, Aeroflot, Russian Post, Rostelecom, SIBUR and Vnesheconombank.
"When we began project study, my teacher Alexandra Zakharova said that students could register at Профстажировки 2.0 website and choose any case to solve. I chose "Promotion of the all-Russia "Exporter of the year" award in the field of international cooperation and export". While doing my research, I was dealing with key issues: I developed ideas for the award's PR campaign, prepared creative concepts, offered some suggestions on finding resources for their implementation. I had been working on the project for about 2 months. Then I sent it to Профстажировки 2.0 website. As a result, I was invited for an internship there. I think, I succeeded because we had analyzed a lot of cases at the Department of Sociology and Public Communications, so I was ready to deal with such tasks", commented Alexandra Antonenko, the 3rd year student, Sociology of Advertising and Public Relations Department.
“Participation of NSTU NETI in Профстажировки 2.0 project solves several problems. Firstly, it is a real opportunity for students to make a name for themselves through the internship and, as the best-case scenario, getting a job in major companies and organizations. Secondly, the project is carried out in a "student-supervisor (teacher)" tandem. Our teachers have a chance to revise the content of their disciplines and fill them with modern research results and study aids. It is important for universities to develop cooperation with industrial partners. Undoubtedly, this project can give an impetus for strengthening the partnership between NSTU NETI and leading enterprises and companies”, - says Natalya Plotnikova, the head of Education Strategy Department, the curator of the University's participation in Профстажировки 2.0 project.
