On August 22, the Day of the National Flag of Russia, the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, Andrey Travnikov, presented the Order of Honor to the staff of Novosibirsk State Technical University. The rector of the university Anatoly Bataev accepted the award.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree awarding the staff of Novosibirsk State Technical University with the Order of Honor. The staff of NSTU-NETI was awarded a high state award for its services in the field of science and education, and the training of highly qualified specialists, according to the decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated June 24, 2025.
During the award ceremony, the head of the region congratulated the staff of NSTU-NETI with a high award. In response, the rector of the university thanked the Governor of the Novosibirsk region and the regional government for their support. "I am very pleased to receive this significant award for our university. Thank you so much for your support to everyone! We are proud to be the flagship university for Novosibirsk and we assure you that we will carry out our work with honor," Anatoly Bataev said.
