The SBI Garage team took part in Technoprom 2021. SBI Garage and two of its residents were the City hall stand exhibitors. During the work at the stand, the teams of Cristal Ceramic and Anti-micro-earphone got acquainted with partners and potential customers. The teams received many questions, comments, and ideas for the development of their products. Representatives of the Indian delegation were interested in the products of the Cristal Ceramic company; there is a preliminary agreement on assistance in the sale of the first batch of products.
During the exhibition, Anatoly Lokot, the mayor of Novosibirsk, got acquainted with the products of the SBI Garage residents. The development of the Anti-micro-earphone team interested the mayor from the point of view of the device technical implementation and he promised to assist in the promotion of products through the relevant department of the mayor's office. The mayor assessed the products of the Cristal Ceramic team as a promising investment in road safety in the region and instructed to transfer the contacts of the developers to the Department of Transport and road improvement complex of the Novosibirsk City Hall.
The head of the SB IGarage, Yevgenia Gorevaya, together with the partner Association for the Development of Social Technologies and Entrepreneurship "Business PRODOBRO", held a discussion platform "Development of environmental initiatives of youth and eco agenda of the region". The experts were looking for the answers to the questions:
· Environmental education today is not regulated. How do universities and other educational institutions solve this issue today?
· What is important to consider and how to help young people make the world cleaner?
· What can be the role of universities and partner NGOs in the implementation of the national project "Ecology" and solving the environmental problems of Novosibirsk?
Professor Vladimir Larichkin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Head of the Department of Engineering Issues in Ecology, presented an overview of the environmental problems of a modern metropolis on the example of Novosibirsk. Universities told about the activity of their environmental student clubs. The city government representatives – Irina Solovyova, head of the Youth Affairs Committee of the Novosibirsk City Hall, and Svetlana Zaikina, head of the executive committee of the regional branch of the ONF in the Novosibirsk Oblast – outlined the position of the executive power and stressed that they are ready to participate in the development of a systemic solution to support the young people’s environmental initiatives. The business representatives – N. Nikolaenko (Ivolga-S), I. Rumpel (LLC "Saplings of Siberia", Association for the development of socio-cultural projects "Yasna") and A. Shavnev (GreenWay Company) – were ready to assist the youth environmental projects.
Based on the results of the discussion, the parties agreed to continue working together and form a roadmap for the development of youth eco-initiatives with the support of government authorities and businesses.
